Emery Carl has been performing around Seattle
since 2001. A constant presence in Pike Place Market,
outside of venues such as the Showbox, the Paramount,
Key Arena, and Safeco Field. He started street
performing (busking) full time in the fall of 2003
and is now the chairman of the Pike Market Performers
Guild. In the winter of 2005 Emery started an
independant label (Mystr E Entertainment) producing
other buskers in an effort to support the community
by enabling talented artists to have their own CDs to
offer while out performing. His show has developed
over the past couple of years to include playing the
acoustic guitar behind his head, harmonica, shakers
on the feet and swinging multiple hula hoops, all
while making up songs about passersby. He has been in
both the Seattle P-I and the Times newpapers and
appeared on the buskers stage in Bumbershoot 2005. If
you would like to be part of keeping the music alive
check out the The Troubadour Store. Thank you all.
Love you. Love your show.
